Netwerkdoos ShiverPeaks 08-10100 Keystone 2-poorts — keystone-inzet 2-poorts voor netwerkdozen

ShiverPeaks 08-10100 Keystone 2-Port is a compact keystone-format network socket featuring two RJ-style ports for easy termination of Ethernet cables. Designed for installation in standard keystone openings, this 2-port keystone insert fits compatible faceplates, patch panels and modules to provide tidy, modular network connections in offices, homes, server rooms and telecom cabinets.

Advantages

The dual-port keystone format offers space-efficient organization of two network lines in a single footprint while maintaining compatibility with common keystone frames and panels. Its standardized housing allows quick insertion and secure mounting without special tools, and the plastic body provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection for terminated cables. The design supports straightforward cable management and reduces clutter at outlets and distribution points.

Suitable for

• Installing two Ethernet connections in a single wall plate or patch panel
• Home networking: connecting routers, switches and media devices
• Office workstations and meeting rooms requiring multiple network drops
• Server rooms and telecom cabinets for organized port distribution

Key specifications

• Format: Keystone insert, 2-port configuration
• Port type: RJ-style Ethernet ports (2 ports)
• Mounting: Fits standard keystone openings in faceplates and patch panels
• Material: Durable insulating plastic housing
• Compatibility: Modular installation with keystone-compatible frames and panels

How to use

Terminate Ethernet cables to compatible jacks or punch-down points according to the chosen connector type, then snap the keystone insert into the matching opening of a faceplate or patch panel until it clicks into place. Secure the faceplate or panel per the installation system in use. Ensure cable pairs are correctly wired and tested with a network tester to confirm continuity and correct pair mapping before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

Use the keystone insert in combination with compatible faceplates and patch panels rated for the same network category. Route cables to avoid sharp bends and maintain bend radius recommendations for Ethernet cable types. Test each terminated port with a cable tester to verify signal continuity and pair order before commissioning.
