Netwerkkabel BlueOptics UOC-30-BO LC stekker/stekker InfiniBand 30 m cyaan

The BlueOptics UOC-30-BO LC Male/Male InfiniBand 30 m Cyan is a 30-metre fibre optic patch cable designed for high-speed InfiniBand and optical networking connections. Fitted with LC connectors on both ends, this cyan cable provides a compact duplex interface suitable for dense patch panels and transceiver links. The cable is intended for data centre and professional networking environments where consistent high throughput and reliable physical performance are required.

Advantages

This LC–LC InfiniBand cable offers long-distance connectivity at 30 m while maintaining low attenuation for stable signal transmission. The LC male/male connectors give a secure duplex connection that is compatible with common LC ports on transceivers and patch panels. The cyan jacket helps with quick visual identification in cabling infrastructure and the cable's robust construction is intended to deliver reliable operation in continuous-use environments.

How to use

Route the cable through cable management channels or trays to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress. Insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on the transceiver or patch panel until it clicks to secure the duplex connection. Confirm proper seating by checking link status indicators on connected equipment and, if required, verify attenuation and return loss with appropriate optical test equipment before putting the link into production.

Recommendations

Avoid exceeding the minimum bend radius specified for fibre optics, keep the cable free from kinks and protect connector end faces with dust caps until installation. For critical links, perform an OTDR or insertion-loss test after installation and label both ends to match your cable management scheme.
