Netwerkkabel Captiva 80270 Patchkabel CAT 6a 1m wit

The Captiva 80270 Patch Cable CAT 6a 1m in white is a short network patch lead designed for high-speed Ethernet and LAN connections. Its CAT 6a specification supports increased bandwidth and improved shielding compared with earlier categories, making it suitable for gigabit and multi-gigabit applications over short distances. The compact 1 m length and white jacket provide a tidy, unobtrusive connection for wall-mounted switches, patch panels, desktops, and networked AV equipment.

Advantages

This CAT 6a cable offers consistent signal integrity with reduced crosstalk and interference, supporting reliable data transfer rates required for modern network environments. The cable includes robust RJ45 connectors and a flexible jacket that simplifies routing in patch bays and office installations. Its 1 m length minimizes excess cable clutter while maintaining adequate reach between adjacent devices.

How to use

Insert the RJ45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on each device until they click into place. Use the 1 m patch cable to connect nearby equipment such as a computer to a switch, or to create a short link between a patch panel and a switch. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and moving parts; ensure contacts are kept clean and free from debris. To disconnect, depress the connector latch and gently pull the plug straight out.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable run as short as practical, avoid running parallel to power cables for extended distances, and inspect connectors periodically for wear. Use white cabling in visible areas for a neat appearance and replace any cable with visible damage to the jacket or connectors.
