Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e RJ-45 RJ-45 3 m geel

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e networking cable is a 3 m yellow patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and office networks. It complies with Cat5e cabling standards and supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data transmission rates, providing stable performance for wired network setups where clear identification and durable connectivity are required.

Advantages

This Cat5e S/UTP cable provides solid data transfer capabilities for Gigabit and Fast Ethernet environments while maintaining compatibility with legacy 10/100Base-T devices. The 3 m length is suitable for short to medium cable runs, and the bright yellow jacket helps with visual cable management and quick identification in a patch panel or workstation area. The molded RJ-45 connectors offer secure plugs and reduce strain at connection points to extend service life.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home and small office networks
• Patch panel to switch connections in data cabinets and racks
• Temporary network setups for events, testing or troubleshooting

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling standard: Cat5e
• Supported data rates: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Product colour: Yellow

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into a switch, router or wall outlet supporting Ethernet. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use cable ties or cable organizers to manage excess length and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For consistent Gigabit performance, use within recommended length ranges for horizontal cabling and avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines for extended distances. Inspect connectors periodically for damage and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show wear that could affect signal integrity.
