Netwerkkabel Equip Cat.6A S/FTP-patchkabel RJ-45 Cat6a 25 m grijs

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cable (25 m, grey) is a pre-tested network cable engineered for high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s. With S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this Cat6a patch cable provides improved signal-to-noise margin and supports 10GBase-T environments for demanding home and office networks.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, enabling more reliable transmissions over longer distances. The Cat.6A category offers higher bandwidth compared with lower-category cables, supporting stable 10G performance. Factory-tested construction and standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility and consistent electrical characteristics.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network links and high-bandwidth switches
• Server rooms and data cabinets requiring shielded cabling
• Office and home LAN connections between routers, switches, and PCs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Connector 1: RJ-45
• Connector 2: RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat.6A)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Colour: Grey
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Weight: 0.7552 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to a network device (router, switch or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; maintain a gentle bend radius consistent with manufacturer guidance to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in 10GBase-T applications, pair the cable with compatible shielded equipment and ensure proper grounding of shielded ports. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and replace if connectors or jacket show visible damage.
