Netwerkkabel Gembird PP6U-3M RJ-45 Cat6 3 m geel

The Gembird PP6U-3M is a 3 m Cat6 networking cable with RJ-45 (8P8C) moulded plugs, AWG24 stranded conductors and unshielded U/UTP construction. It provides a practical connection for computers, switches and other network devices in home or office environments, with gold-plated contacts for reliable contact and a yellow jacket for easy identification.

Advantages

This Cat6 patch cord supports higher data rates and improved crosstalk performance compared with lower-category cables. The moulded strain relief reduces stress at the plug entry, and the gold-plated 50 µ" contacts resist corrosion to maintain stable signal transfer. The 3 m length offers flexibility for typical desk-to-switch or equipment-to-patch-panel connections.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between PCs, routers and switches
• Office or home network patching and extensions
• Connecting networked devices such as printers, IP cameras and NAS

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (U/UTP)
• Conductor: AWG24 stranded
• Connectors: 8P8C RJ-45 to RJ-45, moulded plugs
• Contact plating: 50 µ" gold-plated contacts
• Length: 3 m
• Colour: Yellow
• Brand / MPN: Gembird PP6U-3M / PP6U-3M/Y

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until it clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and pinch points that could damage the stranded conductors. For best performance, keep the cable separate from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as power cables and large electrical equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable network performance, use this Cat6 cable for connections up to the specified length (3 m) and replace cables that show visible damage or intermittent connectivity. Store the cable coiled without sharp kinks to preserve the moulded strain relief and conductor integrity.
