Netwerkkabel Goobay 93508 30m Cat6 S/FTP wit

The Goobay 93508 is a 30 m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable designed to deliver stable, high-speed data transmission for home and office networks. It features high-quality inner conductors, robust outer sheathing and precisely fitting RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts, offering reliable connectivity and a clean white appearance suitable for visible installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for improved signal integrity over longer distances. Cat6 specification supports gigabit Ethernet performance and higher bandwidth compared with earlier categories. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts enhance corrosion resistance and secure signal transfer, while the durable jacket protects the cable against mechanical wear.

Suitable for

• Wired home network connections (routers, switches, NAS)
• Office networks and desktop workstations
• Gigabit Ethernet connections and high-bandwidth applications
• Wall-to-device or patch panel installations up to 30 metres

Key specifications

• Length: 30 m
• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Colour: White
• Brand: WENTRONIC / Goobay
• EAN: 4040849935084

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your router or switch and the other to the target device (PC, NAS, or access point). Ensure connectors are fully inserted into the ports until they click to establish a stable physical connection. For in-wall or patch-panel routing, follow local installation rules and avoid tight bends; maintain the recommended bend radius for Cat6 cables to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources (large transformers, fluorescent ballasts) and avoid running it parallel to power cables. When installing permanently, secure the cable with supports and do not exceed the maximum recommended pull force to prevent damage to conductors and shielding.
