Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT 6 S/FTP PiMF Grijs 100m

The Goobay CAT 6 S/FTP PiMF Grey 100m network cable is designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. Constructed with high-quality inner conductors, robust outer sheathing and precisely fitted RJ45-compatible plugs, the cable reduces interference and maintains a stable connection over long runs. Its Cat6 specification and S/FTP (PiMF) shielding support demanding video and data applications including high-resolution image transmission up to 8K @ 60 Hz and 4K @ 120 Hz, making it suitable for both home and office networks.

Advantages

S/FTP (PiMF) shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for clearer signal integrity. The Cat6 standard enables high-speed data transfer and broad device compatibility. A robust outer jacket increases mechanical protection and durability for installation in residential or commercial environments. The 100 m roll length allows flexible cable routing for medium- to large-scale network installations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet networks in homes and offices
• High-resolution video transmission (up to 8K @ 60 Hz, 4K @ 120 Hz)
• Structured cabling and patch panels
• Data, VoIP and multimedia applications

How to use

Measure and plan the cable route, allowing service loops and avoiding sharp bends. Terminate the cable with compatible RJ45 connectors or use it with keystone jacks and patch panels according to standard Cat6 cabling procedures. Ensure proper grounding and follow local installation codes. Test the installed links with a network cable tester to verify continuity and performance before putting the network into service.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines over long distances and keep separation from strong electromagnetic sources. Use rated connectors and maintain bend radius recommendations specified for Cat6 cabling.
