Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT6 patchkabel RJ-45 S/FTP 5 m grijs

The Goobay CAT 6 Patch Cable is a 5 m network cable designed for stable, high-speed wired connections. With S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 plugs, it supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and reduces electromagnetic interference for reliable performance in home and small office networks.

Advantages

This CAT 6 patch cable combines high-quality inner conductors, robust grey sheathing and precisely fitting gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to ensure consistent signal transmission and a secure plug fit. The S/FTP shielding minimises crosstalk and external interference, making the cable suitable for environments where signal integrity is important.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Wired connections in small office or business networks
• Patch panels and structured cabling where CAT 6 performance is required
• Applications requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (for example a PC, switch or router) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for best performance.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines and maintain gentle bend radii. Use the Goobay CAT 6 patch cable for connections up to 5 m where Gigabit Ethernet performance and reduced interference are needed.
