Netwerkkabel Kramer Electronics C-UNIKAT-150 blauw 45,7 m Cat6a U/FTP (STP)

The Kramer C-UNIKAT-150 is a unified Cat6a U/FTP (STP) networking cable, 45.7 m long and finished in blue. It uses four individually screened twisted pairs to support high-bandwidth signals and minimize interference. The cable is suitable for DGKat™ and 4K HDBaseT™ applications as well as standard LAN connections and is fitted with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for reliable contact and reduced corrosion.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding over each twisted pair improves noise rejection and maintains signal integrity over longer runs. Compliance with Cat6a performance allows support for high data rates and modern AV transport standards such as 4K HDBaseT™. The cable’s unified construction simplifies installation for structured cabling systems while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide durable connections.

Suitable for

• DGKat™ installations and Kramer AV systems
• 4K HDBaseT™ video transport
• Gigabit and 10 Gigabit LAN connections
• Structured cabling in offices, studios, and conference rooms

How to use

Route the Kramer C-UNIKAT-150 cable through cable trays or conduits following local installation standards. Terminate using compatible RJ-45 jacks or patch panels designed for Cat6a; ensure proper handling of the individual pair shields and maintain recommended bend radius to preserve performance. Test the installed link with a Cat6a-certified tester to verify continuity, pairing, and return loss.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain separation from sources of electromagnetic interference. Use appropriate strain relief at terminations and follow Kramer’s or project-specific cabling standards when integrating into AV or LAN systems.
