Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75511-G-SET5 Cat7 S/FTP 1m groen

The ShiverPeaks 75511-G-SET5 Cat7 S/FTP 1m Green is a short, high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired network connections. It follows the Category 7 standard with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors on both ends to support stable data transmission at high speeds. The 1 metre length and green jacket make it suitable for neat, visible connections in home and office environments where short runs are preferred.

Advantages

Cat7 specification combined with S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity in dense cabling environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance for consistent contact. The 1 m length minimizes excess cable clutter and helps maintain a tidy installation. The green cable jacket provides quick visual identification among multiple cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a router or switch for wired internet access
• Short runs between network devices in patch panels, desks, or entertainment centers
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD streaming, online gaming, and large file transfers
• Environments with moderate electromagnetic interference where additional shielding is beneficial

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 1 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Cable color: Green
• Suitable frequency range: up to 600 MHz (typical for Cat7 performance)

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into a router, switch, or modem. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the clip clicks to secure the connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable, and route the cable away from heavy power cords and sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use this 1 m Cat7 S/FTP cable for short, high-quality wired connections where shielding and signal integrity are important. Replace cables that show visible wear or damage and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.
