Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75113-G 3m Cat5e F/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75113-G 3m Cat5e F/UTP networking cable provides a shielded connection for stable Ethernet performance. Designed for data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s over a 3‑meter length, this cable uses Cat5e wiring and foil-shielded twisted pairs (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in green for easy identification in patch panels or cable runs.

Advantages

The F/UTP shielding improves resistance to external interference compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity in environments with nearby electronic equipment. The 3 m length is suitable for typical desktop and networking closet connections without excess slack. RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with routers, switches, network cards and most Ethernet-enabled devices. The green jacket aids visual management and quick identification among multiple cables.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around twisted pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet compatible)
• Color: green

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device until it clicks. Connect the other end to a compatible port on a switch, router, modem or access point. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For rack installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable ties or management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat5e F/UTP cable for network segments up to 3 m and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage lines or heavy electrical equipment. If longer runs or higher shielding requirements are needed, consider higher-category or differently shielded cables.
