Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75711-A1.5B

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-A1.5B is a 1.5 m Cat6a networking cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Designed for stable high-speed data transmission, this blue cable supports demanding applications such as gaming, 4K streaming and large file transfers in both home and office environments. Its Cat6a specification and shielding help reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference to maintain consistent network performance.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against external noise and pair-to-pair crosstalk compared with unshielded alternatives, helping to preserve signal integrity at higher frequencies. Cat6a performance enables support for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over shorter runs, while the molded RJ-45 connectors ensure secure, low-loss connections. The 1.5 m length offers flexibility for desktop and rack installations without excessive cable slack, and the blue jacket allows easy visual identification within multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Wired gaming rigs and consoles
• High-definition video streaming and media servers
• Office desktop connections and small network switches
• Data transfer between NAS devices and workstations

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield + foil around pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 plug on both ends
• Length: 1.5 m
• Color: Blue
• Suitable bandwidth: up to 500 MHz (Cat6a class performance)

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 end to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, such as a router, switch, PC, gaming console or NAS. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and keep it clear of potential sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large power transformers or unshielded electrical cabling. For best performance, avoid kinking the cable or pulling it around sharp edges.

Recommendations

For optimal results in 10 Gigabit Ethernet deployments, use this Cat6a cable for runs within recommended short-distance limits and pair it with quality switches and NICs that support Cat6a performance. When installing in environments with many cables, maintain separation from high-voltage wiring to reduce the risk of interference.
