Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.5G RJ-45 Cat6 0,5 m groen

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.5G RJ-45 Cat6 0.5 m Green networking cable is a short patch cable designed for reliable high-speed Ethernet connections. It follows the Cat6 standard to support gigabit data transmission and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent contact and corrosion resistance, while the distinctive green jacket helps with color-coded cabling and quick identification in dense setups.

Advantages

The cable's Cat6 specification provides stable performance for gigabit networks and supports typical LAN applications that require high data rates. S/FTP shielding combines overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to minimize crosstalk and external noise, improving signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors deliver low-resistance contacts and enhanced durability for frequent plug cycles. The compact 0.5 m length reduces excess slack and is suitable for short connections between devices in racks or on desktop workstations.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer to a switch or router at short distances
• Patch connections within network racks or patch panels
• Linking networked devices on a desk where a compact cable is preferred
• Color-coded installations where green cabling is required for organization

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6, suitable for gigabit Ethernet
• Length: 0.5 m for short-distance connections
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket color: Green for easy identification

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device (PC, switch, router or patch panel) and the other connector into the corresponding network port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure physical connection. For best performance, avoid tight bends near the connector ends and keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources when possible. The short 0.5 m length is intended for tidy, close-proximity connections.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short patching runs where a compact, shielded Cat6 cable is required. When organizing multiple cables, label both ends or use color coding to maintain clear identification. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if connectors become loose or contacts show visible corrosion.
