Netwerkkabel Ubiquiti UACC-Cable-Patch-Outdoor-C6A-3M-W RJ-45 Cat6a 3 m wit

The Ubiquiti UACC-Cable-Patch-Outdoor-C6A-3M-W is an ultra-thin, rugged, shielded outdoor patch cable, Cat6a standard, 3 m length with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is designed and optimized to perform in harsh outdoor environments and supports 10 GbE networking, providing a durable white exterior suitable for connecting network devices over short outdoor runs.

Advantages

This outdoor patch cable combines a slim profile with robust shielding to resist interference and mechanical stress. The Cat6a rating supports high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network equipment, while the weather-resistant outer jacket increases longevity in exterior installations.

Suitable for

• Short outdoor horizontal runs between network devices (up to 3 m)
• 10 GbE connections where shielded Cat6a cabling is required
• Connecting outdoor wireless access points, switches, or routers

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Standard: Cat6a (shielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: White
• Manufacturer: Ubiquiti, MPN: UACC-CABLE-PATCH-OUTDOOR-C6A-3M-W, EAN: 810084698532

How to use

Route the cable between the two devices ensuring the outer jacket is not excessively bent or pinched. Insert the RJ-45 connectors firmly into the corresponding ports on each device until they click. For outdoor installations, secure the cable along its path with suitable clamps or ties to prevent movement and reduce strain on the connectors. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to minimize potential interference.

Recommendations

For best performance in outdoor installations, ensure both connected devices support shielded cabling and 10 GbE where required. Periodically inspect the cable jacket and connectors for physical damage and replace if the outer sheath is compromised. Use proper cable management and strain relief at termination points.
