Netwerkkabel Wentronic 61110 15m Cat8.1 S/FTP wit

The Wentronic 61110 networking cable is a 15 m Cat8.1 S/FTP patch cable with RJ45 connectors, designed for high-speed copper network links. The cable supports data rates up to 40 GBit/s when used with CAT 8.1-enabled components and can be integrated with RJ45 couplers and installation cables to form a high-quality, high-speed data connection. The white jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations.

Advantages

The Cat8.1 S/FTP construction provides improved shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, enabling reliable transmission at multi-gigabit speeds. With RJ45 connectors, the cable is compatible with standard Ethernet ports and simple to install without special adapters. The 15 m length offers flexibility for linking racks, switches and devices within wiring closets or office spaces.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet links up to 40 GBit/s (with Cat8.1 components)
• Data centers and server rooms
• Office network backbones and switch interconnects
• Home or small business installations requiring multi-gigabit performance

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plug to compatible Ethernet ports on switches, routers or network devices. Ensure connected components (cables, couplers and switches) support Cat8.1 if you require the maximum 40 GBit/s throughput. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; secure with cable ties or clips as needed. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management and maintain recommended bend radius.

Recommendations

For achieving multi-gigabit performance, pair this Cat8.1 patch cable with Cat8.1-certified installation cables and RJ45 couplers, and verify that connected network equipment supports the desired data rates. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-power electrical lines to minimise interference.
