Flexibele beschermbuis 32MM UV met beschermmantel 1250 N 25M

Underground and outdoor cable runs demand a conduit that can withstand crushing forces, UV exposure, and the rigours of pulling cable through long distances. This flexible conduit provides a smooth inner bore for low-friction cable installation and a corrugated outer wall that resists 1250 N of compression while remaining flexible enough to route around obstacles.

Who is it for

Electrical contractors, telecom installers, and infrastructure builders who need reliable protection for cables in direct burial, concrete encasement, or exposed outdoor locations. It suits projects where conduit must flex during installation but then hold its shape under soil load or traffic.

Main features

• Double-wall corrugated HDPE construction for high crush resistance and flexibility
• UV-stabilised black jacket for long-term outdoor exposure
• Smooth interior reduces pulling friction, speeding up cable installation
• 1250 N compression strength protects cables from mechanical damage
• 25 m coil length reduces joints on long runs

Specifications

• Nominal diameter: 32 mm
• Inner diameter: 26 mm

Tips

Use proper conduit fittings to maintain the IP67 rating when installed. For underground runs, backfill with sand or fine soil to avoid point loads on the conduit wall.
