slanke 4-pins male-naar-male kabel ProXtend M4S-015 zwart, korte slanke stekker

ProXtend M4S-015 is a slim 4-pin male-to-male cable in black designed for connections that require a compact 4-contact interface. The cable maintains a standard 4-pin layout with male connectors at both ends and a reduced connector profile for installation in confined spaces. It is intended for situations where a low-profile 4-pin connection is preferred, enabling neat routing and reduced connector protrusion in audio/video and related equipment setups.

Advantages

The slim connector design reduces space requirements behind panels and inside equipment racks while retaining the standard 4-pin electrical layout. A thin cable jacket and small connector housings make the cable easy to route through narrow openings and cable channels. The black finish provides a discreet appearance that blends with most audio/video installations and minimizes visual distraction.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices that use a 4-pin male-to-male interface in tight spaces
• Internal wiring inside media players, amplifiers or AV housings
• Low-profile external connections where standard bulky connectors interfere with placement
• Neat cable routing along racks, panels and behind displays

Key specifications

• Cable type: 4-pin male-to-male
• Connector profile: slim/low-profile
• Color: black
• Weight: 0.01 kg

How to use

Align each 4-pin male connector with the corresponding female receptacle on the devices to be connected, ensuring correct orientation before insertion. Insert the slim connectors gently until fully seated to establish reliable contact; avoid excessive force. Route the cable through available channels or behind equipment so that the reduced connector profile minimizes obstruction. If disconnecting, grip the connector housing rather than the cable jacket to prevent strain on the conductors.

Recommendations

Use the cable in applications that accept 4-pin male connectors and where a compact connector footprint is needed. Avoid sharp bends near the connector ends and do not subject the cable to heavy mechanical strain. For permanent installations consider securing the cable with clips or ties at intervals to prevent movement and reduce fatigue at connector joints.
