Outdoor-IP-camera AXIS Q3839-PVE29MP 29 MP, weerbestendige behuizing, PoE

AXIS Q3839-PVE29MP is a 29 MP outdoor dome IP camera with a weather-resistant housing and Power over Ethernet (PoE) support. Designed for high-resolution surveillance of large outdoor areas, the camera provides day/night functionality, night vision and integrated network features for remote monitoring and cloud management.

Advantages

The camera offers very high image resolution (29 MP) and a wide dynamic range (WDR) for improved detail in scenes with varying light. It supports PTZ control and optical zoom while maintaining a fixed-focus option for specific setups. Built for outdoor placement, the housing meets IP66/IP67 protection ratings, and the device supports PoE and DC power inputs for flexible installation. Integrated Ethernet LAN, on-board card reader and noise reduction further enhance reliability and image clarity.

Connect the camera to the network via Ethernet; power it using PoE or a compatible DC supply. Configure PTZ limits, zoom and image settings through the camera’s management interface or cloud management portal. Use the day/night and WDR settings to optimise image quality across varying lighting conditions, and enable noise reduction for low-light scenes.

Recommendations

Position the camera to cover the largest possible area while avoiding direct exposure to intense light sources. For long-range identification, verify optical zoom and PTZ settings during installation and store recordings on the integrated card and cloud service for redundancy.
