Patchkabel Cat6 S/FTP 3,0 m ShiverPeaks 75813 — netwerkkabel, afgeschermde paren, RJ45

Shielded Cat6 patch cable ShiverPeaks 75813, 3.0 m length, S/FTP construction provides a reliable physical connection for Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed network links. The cable features an overall braided shield combined with individually foil‑shielded twisted pairs (PIMF/S/FTP), and is terminated with RJ45 plugs on both ends. Designed for environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required, this cable supports data and voice transmission between network devices, switches, routers and patch panels in offices, server racks and home networks.

Advantages

The S/FTP design minimizes crosstalk and external EMI by combining an overall braid with foil shielding around each twisted pair, improving signal integrity across the 3.0 m length. Terminated with standard RJ45 plugs, the cable is ready for immediate use without additional tools. Its Cat6 category construction supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and provides consistent impedance for predictable network performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in office network setups
• Patch panel and rack cabling in server rooms and data closets
• Home network connections where EMI reduction is beneficial
• Voice over IP (VoIP) phones and small office telephony equipment

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Length: 3.0 m
• Connector type: RJ45 plugs, 8P8C
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper conductors
• Intended application: Gigabit Ethernet, data and voice transmission

How to use

Plug each RJ45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices, switches or patch panels until the connectors click into place. Ensure that connectors are fully seated and that cable bends remain within recommended radius to avoid signal degradation. For rack installations, route the cable along cable management paths and avoid running parallel to high‑power AC lines where possible to maintain optimal shielding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat6 S/FTP patch cable for short runs up to 3.0 m between equipment where electromagnetic interference could affect signals. Verify connectors and port compatibility before deployment and keep cable bends gentle to preserve transmission quality.
