Patchkabel Equip Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP 15m groen

The Equip Cat.6 U/UTP Patch Cable is a 15 m network cable engineered for high-speed data transmission up to 10000 Mbit/s. It uses Cat.6 cabling technology with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold and U/UTP construction to reduce interference while maintaining reliable connectivity. The cable’s green jacket allows easy identification in patch panels and structured cabling installations.

Advantages

The Cat.6 U/UTP design provides increased bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, supporting error‑reduced performance in demanding network environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance. At 15 m length the cable offers flexibility for horizontal and patching connections without significant signal loss.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T LAN connections
• Patch panels and switches in server rooms and telecom racks
• Office and home networking where moderate cable length is required
• Structured cabling installations requiring color-coded identification

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold plated
• Cabling technology: Cat.6, 10GBase-T
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall, twisted pairs unshielded)
• Product colour: Green
• Weight: 0.328 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other to the corresponding port on a patch panel, wall outlet or network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that cable routing avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For best results, maintain recommended bend radius and do not exceed the specified 15 m length for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For stable 10GBase-T operation, use this Cat.6 U/UTP cable within typical horizontal run limits and avoid bundling with power cables; choose color-coded patch cables like this green model to simplify network organization and maintenance.
