Patchkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 25m groen

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP patch cord, 25 m in green, is a high-quality network cable designed for reliable data transmission in structured cabling and patch-panel setups. The cable uses S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, offering improved protection against electromagnetic interference and stable performance for local area networks.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides enhanced resistance to crosstalk and external interference, while Cat.6 specification supports higher bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower categories. The 25 m length covers longer runs between equipment without intermediate joins, and the RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network ports.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections in offices and data closets
• Patch panel to switch or switch to workstation links
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers and VoIP
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair)
• Length: 25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Green
• Weight: 0.6344 kg
• Brand: EQUIP, MPN: 615543, EAN: 4015867234679

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or wall socket) and the other connector to the destination device (patch panel, computer or network interface). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from power lines where possible to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid exceeding the maximum recommended bend radius and do not place the cable under mechanical stress; maintain separation from high-voltage power cables and follow local installation standards for permanent cabling.
