TRENDnet TC-KP24S is a 24‑port blank keystone shielded 1U patch panel designed for use with TRENDnet Cat6A shielded keystone jacks (sold separately). The 19" 1U metal rackmount housing provides a compact solution for organizing network cabling in server rooms and data centers. When paired with Cat6A shielded jacks and shielded cabling, this patch panel supports high‑speed gigabit and 10G Copper Ethernet applications while helping maintain signal integrity by reducing EMI and crosstalk.

How to use

Install the TC-KP24S into a standard 19" rack occupying a single 1U slot. Populate the blank keystone ports with compatible TRENDnet Cat6A shielded keystone jacks, terminate shielded Cat6A cabling to those jacks, and ensure proper grounding of the shielded system according to cabling best practices. Route and secure cables to maintain bend radii and minimize interference.

Recommendations

Use this panel only with shielded Cat6A keystone jacks and shielded cabling and make sure the shielding is continuously bonded to the rack ground to achieve optimal EMI/RFI protection and 10G Copper Ethernet performance.
