Philips LL500Z 2xEP CU Gen2 eindkapset voor CoreLine Trunking, wit (2 stuks)

The Philips LL500Z 2xEP CU Gen2 end cap set closes off the ends of CoreLine Trunking Gen2 systems cleanly and safely. Unlike generic blanking plates, these caps are precision-moulded to match the trunking profile exactly, ensuring a flush, gap-free fit that maintains the trunking's IP rating and prevents dust or debris ingress. Supplied as a pair, they are ideal for completing a single trunking run or for keeping spares on hand during installation or maintenance.

Highlights

• Exact profile match for CoreLine Trunking Gen2 – no gaps or misalignment
• Tool-free snap-on installation – simply press into place
• Durable white polycarbonate construction with matt finish
• Pack of 2 end caps – enough for one trunking section
• RoHS compliant and suitable for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +40 °C

In daily use

Installers will appreciate how quickly these end caps go on: align the cap with the trunking end and push firmly until it clicks. The snap-fit mechanism holds securely without screws or adhesive, yet the caps can be removed with a flat tool if the trunking needs to be extended later. The white matt finish blends seamlessly with the trunking body, preserving the clean, professional look of the lighting installation. Because they are made from polycarbonate, they resist impact and will not yellow over time, even in brightly lit retail or office environments.
