Plakband Tesa 4120 transparant PVC 66m 50mm

tesa® 4120 is a transparent PVC packaging tape combining a polyvinyl chloride film backing with a natural rubber adhesive. Available in a 66 m length and 50 mm width, it provides reliable adhesion for carton sealing and general packaging tasks. The tape offers a tensile strength of 43 N/mm² and elongation at break of 75%, and is supplied as a single roll per pack.

Advantages

The natural rubber adhesive delivers high initial tack and a short dwell time so packages are secured shortly after application. The PVC backing provides good tensile strength and flexibility, and the tape is printable for labeling or branding. The transparent color allows contents or markings underneath to remain visible.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard cartons for shipping and storage
• General-purpose packaging and bundling
• Applications requiring printable tape for labels or barcodes
• Indoor and light outdoor use where transparency is desired

The tape is printable; if printing is required, use inks and printers compatible with PVC film.

Recommendations

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use within the recommended shelf life of the manufacturer. For heavy-duty or prolonged outdoor exposure, consider a tape with specific weather-resistant properties.
