Plakband Tesa legband extra sterk hechtend 50 mm x 5 m, met de hand scheurbaar

Tesa Verlegeband extra stark klebend 50 mm x 5 m is a hand-tearable adhesive tape designed for secure mounting, temporary fixing and general-purpose bonding in indoor environments. The tape offers high initial tack and a strong adhesive layer that allows quick application without tools. Its 50 mm width and 5 m length make it suitable for a range of light- to medium-duty tasks such as assembly, bundling and fastening where a robust and easily applied tape is required.

Advantages

The tape provides a reliable, extra-strong bond immediately after application and can be torn by hand to save time and tools. Its adhesive formulation is engineered for secure attachment to many common indoor surfaces, enabling efficient temporary or semi-permanent fixing. The roll format and standard width deliver predictable coverage while keeping handling easy for manual application.

Key specifications

• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 5 m
• Adhesion level: extra strong / high initial tack
• Hand-tearable backing for tool-free application
• Suitable for indoor surfaces: paper, cardboard, many plastics and some painted substrates
• Color: typically brown (verify packaging for exact shade)

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles before application. Unroll the required length and tear the tape by hand along the backing; press firmly onto the surface to achieve good initial contact and improve adhesion by applying pressure along the tape. For heavy loads or long-term applications, allow full contact time and consider complementary mechanical fastening if required. Store roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Recommendations

For best results, apply at room temperature on smooth, grease-free surfaces and press firmly along the entire tape length. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity or extreme temperatures. When bonding to delicate paints or finishes, test on a small inconspicuous area first to ensure removability and surface compatibility.
