Punttang Cimco 101082

The Cimco 101082 needle-nose pliers are precision hand tools designed for tasks that require access into narrow spaces and accurate grip. With a total length of 152 mm and slim jaws measuring 1.2 mm in thickness, these pliers provide controlled handling for bending, gripping, and manipulating small parts. The tool combines a compact profile with robust construction to support repeated use in electrical, mechanical, and hobby applications.

Advantages

The slim 1.2 mm jaw thickness enables precise access to confined areas while maintaining a firm hold on components. At 152 mm overall length, the pliers strike a balance between reach and control, allowing comfortable one-handed operation. The durable construction provides resistance to wear during repetitive use, and the slender shape improves visibility and maneuverability when working on small assemblies or wiring.

Suitable for

• Electrical work: bending and positioning wires in cramped junctions
• Mechanics: holding and extracting small fasteners or clips
• Electronics and PCB assembly: manipulating small components
• Hobby and model-making: detailed shaping and placement tasks
• General DIY: tasks that require precision in limited spaces

Key specifications

• Overall length: 152 mm
• Jaw thickness: 1.2 mm
• Type: needle-nose / long-nose pliers
• Design: slim profile for access in tight spaces
• Intended use: precision gripping, bending, and manipulating small parts

How to use

Hold the pliers by the insulated or contoured handles and position the slim jaws around the target object. Apply gentle pressure to grip wires, small components, or fasteners and perform the required action such as bending, twisting, or pulling. For fine adjustments, use the tip of the jaws for precise contact; for firmer holds, seat the workpiece slightly deeper between the jaws. Ensure proper hand positioning and controlled force to avoid damaging delicate parts.

Recommendations

Use the pliers for tasks that require accurate access and minimal jaw profile; avoid applying excessive torque or using the tool as a substitute for cutters or heavy-duty pliers. Keep the tool clean and lightly lubricated at the pivot to maintain smooth operation, and inspect the jaw tips regularly for wear to ensure continued precision.
