RCA-audiokabel WENTRONIC Goobay 65302 — 2xRCA naar RCA, 5 m, koper, vergulde contacten, magnetisch afgeschermd

WENTRONIC Goobay 65302 is a 5 m analog RCA audio cable with two RCA male inputs to a single RCA male output, engineered for line-level connections and low-frequency signals. The cable uses copper conductors (AWG 23) and gold-plated connector contacts to ensure reliable signal transfer and corrosion resistance. Magnetic shielding reduces interference and the slim metal plug design with textile-braided sheath provides flexibility and gentle handling of surfaces. This cable is part of the Goobay Plus series and is tailored to optimise subwoofer performance and bass reproduction in home audio systems.

Advantages

The magnetically shielded construction minimises electromagnetic interference, preserving clean low-frequency signals for subwoofers and other line-level devices. Gold-plated contacts increase contact reliability and resist corrosion, while copper conductors (AWG 23) provide a stable conductive path for analog audio. The 5 m length allows flexible placement of a subwoofer relative to the receiver or amplifier. Slim metal plugs with bend protection and a braided textile outer sheath combine durability with a compact, professional appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting subwoofers to AV receivers and amplifiers
• Line-level analog connections between CD players, receivers and amplifiers
• Home cinema systems where a dedicated low-frequency connection is needed
• Setups requiring a 5 m cable run with reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connector configuration: 2 x RCA (male) to RCA (male)
• Conductor material: copper (AWG 23)
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: magnetic shielding to reduce interference
• Design: slim metal plugs with bend protection; braided textile sheath
• Intended frequency range: optimised for low-frequency/subwoofer signals (up to 100 Hz)
• Product colour: black and silver

How to use

Connect the two RCA male plugs on one end to the stereo RCA outputs or designated subwoofer output of the source device, and connect the single RCA male plug on the other end to the subwoofer or line-level input of the amplifier or receiver. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain a secure electrical connection and avoid excessive bending near the plug where the cable has bend protection. Route the cable away from power cords and large sources of electromagnetic noise when possible to maximise shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

For best bass performance, place the subwoofer in the optimal room location and use the 5 m cable to allow flexible positioning. Keep the cable run as short as practical for signal integrity, and avoid tight loops or sharp kinks. If connecting multiple components, label ends to simplify setup and maintenance. Periodically check gold-plated contacts for contamination and clean gently if necessary.
