Reserveglazen lashelm GYS 040816 (reserveglazen voor lashelm)

Replacement lenses GYS 040816 are spare outer lenses for compatible GYS welding helmets. Each lens measures 110 x 90 mm and functions as the optical protective element that shields the eyes from welding light and spatter. These replacement lenses are intended to restore clear visibility and maintain protective performance when original outer lenses are worn, scratched or damaged in workshop, garage or industrial welding environments.

Advantages

Outer lenses are made to match the size 110 x 90 mm used in GYS helmet models and provide a direct, simple replacement. Using a new lens preserves the helmet's clarity and protective capability without replacing the entire helmet. The lenses are lightweight, easy to fit and keep the viewing area free from scratches and welding debris when replaced regularly.

How to use

Remove the worn outer lens from the helmet following the helmet manufacturer's instructions. Place a new 110 x 90 mm outer lens into the lens holder, ensuring it sits securely and aligns with the viewing window. Verify the lens is free from dust or fingerprints before welding. Replace outer lenses as soon as scratches, burns or buildup reduce visibility or protective performance.

Recommendations

Store spare lenses in a clean, dry place and handle them by the edges to avoid fingerprints. Regularly inspect both outer and inner lenses and replace the outer lens pack when visibility is impaired or after evident damage. Do not use lenses that are cracked or deformed.
