Roadinger flightcase voor 4× LED CLS-9 QCL RGB/WW schijnwerpers (model 31005222)

Roadinger flightcase for 4× LED CLS-9 QCL RGB/WW fixtures is a hard transport case engineered to hold and protect up to four compact stage lights. The case uses form-fitted foam inserts to secure each fixture, while a reinforced plywood shell and metal edge protectors increase impact resistance during transport. Recessed handles and butterfly latches are integrated for safer handling and secure closure, and the interior layout keeps cabling and accessories organized for quick setup and teardown.

Advantages

This flightcase combines molded foam inserts and a rigid plywood construction to limit movement and absorb shocks, reducing the risk of damage to LED CLS-9 QCL RGB/WW fixtures in transit. Recessed handles lower the chance of snagging during handling, and butterfly latches provide a reliable, road-ready closure. The unit is designed for stacking and repeated use, offering practical protection suitable for touring and rental environments.

How to use

Place each LED CLS-9 QCL RGB/WW fixture into the corresponding foam cavity so fixtures sit snugly without pressure on lenses or moving parts. Close the lid and engage all butterfly latches to ensure a secure seal before lifting. Use the recessed handles for carrying; when loading into vehicles, stack multiple cases with care to maintain balance and avoid excessive weight on upper units. For storage, keep the case in a dry environment to preserve the plywood shell and foam inserts.

Recommendations

Inspect foam inserts and hardware regularly for wear; replace damaged foam or tighten loose fittings to maintain optimal protection. When transporting internationally, secure the case inside the vehicle to prevent shifting and check latches periodically during long trips.
