• Finish: polished stainless steel interior and exterior for easy cleaning

How to use

Preheat the sauteuse over medium heat before adding oil or butter to ensure even browning. Add ingredients in a single layer where possible to promote uniform searing, and adjust the heat to prevent burning when reducing liquids. Use utensils compatible with stainless steel surfaces to avoid scratching. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm water and mild detergent; for stubborn residues, soak briefly before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid high heat when cooking empty stainless steel surfaces to prevent discoloration. Use moderate heat and preheat the pan gradually. Dry thoroughly after washing to maintain the stainless finish and store in a dry place. When reducing acidic sauces, monitor temperature and stirring to preserve the pan surface and flavor neutrality.
