Rowenta DG8622 2400 W 1,1 L Microsteam 400 HD laser-strijkzool grijs

The Iron Rowenta DG8622 is a steam generator iron designed for intensive home use. It combines 2400 W of power with a Microsteam 400 HD Laser soleplate to deliver even steam distribution and efficient crease removal. The unit includes a 1.1 L water tank, a steam boost up to 430 g/min and a compact, easy-to-handle design with a 1.98 m cord for flexible reach. Manufactured in France, the iron is built for routine ironing tasks that require consistent steam performance and reliable operation.

Advantages

The Rowenta DG8622 provides high continuous power for fast heat-up and stable temperature during use, while the Microsteam 400 HD Laser soleplate ensures targeted steam output across the plate for uniform results. A large water tank reduces refill frequency and the strong steam boost improves performance on stubborn creases and thicker fabrics. The vertical steam function allows steaming of hanging garments and curtains without an ironing board, and the compact dimensions make the appliance easier to store and handle.

Suitable for

• Daily household ironing of shirts, trousers and blouses
• Removing deep creases from heavy fabrics such as linen and denim
• Vertical steaming of hanging garments and curtains
• Frequent ironing sessions where larger water capacity is needed

After use, empty the water tank if recommended by the manufacturer and store the appliance once it has cooled.

Recommendations

Use distilled or demineralized water if your local water is hard to reduce limescale buildup; follow the manufacturer's care instructions for descaling and maintenance to preserve steam performance and prolong product life.
