Rugzak Deuter Aircontact Lite 50 + 10 zwart binnenframe 50L

The Deuter Aircontact Lite 50 + 10 Black is a unisex hiking backpack with an internal frame and an initial carrying volume of 50 litres, extendable to 60 litres. Designed for multi-day trekking and extended outdoor excursions, it balances low weight and durable construction to carry camping gear, clothing and equipment while maintaining load stability and wearer comfort.

Advantages

The internal frame provides structural support and improves load transfer to the hips, while the lightweight construction reduces overall carrying weight. Adjustable suspension and hip belt allow individual fit and better weight distribution. The expandable 10-litre collar increases packing flexibility without adding unnecessary bulk when not needed. Robust materials and reinforced stitching offer resistance to abrasion and regular outdoor use.

How to use

Load heavier items close to the internal frame and centralised near the mid-back to maintain balance. Use the expandable collar only when extra volume is required and secure it with the top lid for weather protection. Adjust shoulder straps, sternum strap and hip belt so the hip belt carries most of the pack weight; fine-tune load lifters for a comfortable angle between pack and shoulders. Use external attachment points for items such as trekking poles or a sleeping mat and keep frequently used items in accessible pockets.

Recommendations

For best performance, fit the backpack to your torso length before loading heavy gear and distribute weight evenly. Regularly inspect seams and attachment points after prolonged use and clean according to the manufacturer’s care instructions to preserve fabric and buckles.
