DEUTER Flyt 20 sprout-cactus is a lightweight 20 L backpack designed for everyday use and short outdoor trips. The compact shape and 20-litre capacity provide space for essentials such as a jacket, water bottle and small gear while keeping the pack low-profile and easy to carry. Its simple layout and durable materials make it suitable for daily commuting, short hikes and travel where a minimal, functional backpack is preferred.

Advantages

The Flyt 20 combines low weight with practical organization: a main compartment with easy access, an external pocket for quick items and comfortable shoulder straps that distribute load evenly. The construction emphasizes durability and clean lines to maintain a slim silhouette without unnecessary bulk. Materials are chosen to resist light wear and weather exposure while remaining breathable and comfortable for extended use.

Suitable for

• Daily commuting and city transport
• Short day hikes and nature walks
• Light travel and weekend trips
• Carrying gym clothes and personal items

Key specifications

• Volume: 20 litres
• Fit: compact, low-profile design
• Weight: lightweight construction for easy carrying
• Materials: durable, weather-resistant fabric and reinforced stitching
• Carrying system: padded shoulder straps with ergonomic shaping
• External access: front or top pocket for quick-access items

How to use

Pack the heaviest items closest to your back to maintain stability and balance. Use the main compartment for larger items such as a light jacket or water bottle and the external pocket for small essentials like keys, wallet or a phone for quick access. Adjust the shoulder straps so the backpack sits comfortably on your upper back and does not shift during movement. For short trips, distribute items to avoid overloading the pack beyond its 20-litre capacity.

Recommendations

For routine cleaning, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and allow the pack to air dry away from direct heat. Avoid overpacking to preserve the shape and longevity of the lightweight materials. When using in wet conditions, secure contents in dry bags or use a rain cover to protect sensitive items.
