Salter BW13773GR gietijzeren 26 cm koekenpan, groen

For cooks who demand serious heat retention and a naturally non-stick surface, this Salter cast iron frying pan delivers restaurant-grade searing at home. Unlike lightweight non-stick pans that degrade over time, the BW13773GR is built from a single piece of pre-seasoned cast iron that actually improves with use. The vibrant green enamel exterior adds a splash of colour to your kitchen, while the black seasoned interior releases food effortlessly once properly heated. With dual pouring spouts and an integrated loop handle, it moves from stovetop to oven to grill without missing a beat.

• 26 cm diameter ideal for searing steaks, frying eggs, or baking cornbread
• Compatible with all hob types: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and grill
• Oven safe for finishing dishes or baking
• Dual pouring spouts for drip-free pouring from either side
• Integrated cast iron loop handle for a secure grip
• Durable green enamel exterior resists chipping and adds style

In daily use

Heat the pan gradually over medium flame, add a thin layer of oil or butter, and you are ready to cook. The cast iron holds temperature exceptionally well, so you get a perfect crust on meats and golden-brown pancakes every time. After cooking, simply wipe clean with hot water and a stiff brush—no soap needed. Dry thoroughly and rub with a light coat of oil to maintain the seasoning. Avoid the dishwasher; hand washing preserves the natural non-stick patina. The pan is safe for metal utensils, and minor scratches can be re-seasoned easily.
