Satellietschotelreflector Televes S 860CL-Z aluminium Classic-Line rood, model S860CL-Z

The Televes S 860CL-Z Alu Classic-Line red satellite reflector is a compact, aluminum-mounted dish designed for receiving satellite television signals. Its Classic-Line finish and red coating offer corrosion resistance and a stable reflective surface for attached LNBs. Suitable for domestic and small commercial installations, the reflector mounts on standard masts and is intended to improve signal quality and reception reliability for Ku-band satellite services.

Advantages

The reflector’s Aluminum construction provides a durable but lightweight body that resists weathering and maintains its shape for consistent signal focusing. The Classic-Line surface treatment ensures uniform reflection characteristics across the dish, while the red finish gives visible corrosion protection and a clean external appearance. The design allows easy mast mounting and stable positioning for the LNB, contributing to fewer signal losses and improved reception stability.

Suitable for

• Home satellite TV reception (single-dish installations)
• Small commercial or multi-dwelling setups requiring compact reflectors
• Replacement of worn or damaged satellite reflectors on standard masts
• Ku-band reception and general-purpose satellite signal collection

Key specifications

• Reflector material: Aluminum
• Finish: Classic-Line surface treatment with red coating
• Mounting: Compatible with standard mast fittings for outdoor installation
• Intended frequency range: Ku-band satellite signals
• Application: Designed for use with external LNBs for TV reception
• Construction: Weather-resistant design for outdoor use

How to use

Mount the satellite reflector on a suitably rated outdoor mast using the included or compatible mounting brackets, ensuring the dish is securely fastened and level. Attach the LNB to the focal arm and connect the coaxial cable between the LNB and the receiver. Point the reflector toward the target satellite using alignment tools or a satellite-finder application, then fine-tune azimuth and elevation for maximum signal quality. Once aligned, tighten all fasteners and verify stable reception across intended channels.

Recommendations

Install the reflector in a clear line of sight to the satellite to minimize obstructions and signal attenuation. Periodically inspect the dish and mounting hardware for corrosion or loosening and clean the reflective surface if debris accumulates. Use weatherproof F-type connectors and properly seal cable entries to maintain signal integrity and long-term reliability.
