The cimco 2K‑VDE Torx T15 x75 is an insulated hand screwdriver designed for fastening and loosening Torx T15 screws. It features a 75 mm chrome‑vanadium shaft that provides access to recessed or semi‑deep fasteners while maintaining torsional strength. The 2K VDE‑rated handle combines a soft outer grip with a firm core to ensure secure handling and verified electrical insulation for work near live circuits.

Advantages

This insulated Torx T15 screwdriver offers certified VDE protection and a two‑component ergonomic handle that reduces slipping and improves control during precise operations. The 75 mm shaft length balances reach and leverage, allowing comfortable access in tight spaces without compromising torque transfer. Hardened and precisely machined tip geometry ensures accurate fit to Torx T15 fasteners, reducing cam‑out and wear over repeated use.

Suitable for

• Electrical installation and maintenance where insulated tools are required
• Assembly and disassembly of electronic equipment with Torx T15 fasteners
• General maintenance and repair work in workshops and service vehicles
• Applications requiring reliable grip and precision in confined spaces

Key specifications

• Tip type: Torx T15
• Shaft length: 75 mm
• Handle: 2K ergonomic insulated handle with VDE certification
• Shaft material: hardened steel (chrome‑vanadium)
• Intended use: insulated hand tool for electrical applications and general fastening

How to use

Select the screwdriver for Torx T15 fasteners and confirm the tool's insulation certification before use near energized parts. Insert the Torx T15 tip fully into the fastener head, maintain axial pressure, and turn the handle with steady force. For tightening, apply controlled torque to avoid over‑stress; for loosening, ensure the tip remains fully engaged to prevent rounding of the fastener. After use, inspect the tip and insulation for damage and store the screwdriver in a clean, dry place.

Recommendations

Use this insulated screwdriver only within its specified insulation rating and avoid exposure to damaged insulation or excessive mechanical impact. Regularly check the handle and shaft for wear or cracks; replace the tool if any defect is found to maintain electrical safety and fastening accuracy.
