Schuurblad-accessoire Metabo 635199000

The Metabo 635199000 sanding sheet accessory consists of ten individual sanding sheets sized 133 mm by 80 mm. Designed for use with compatible handheld sanders and sanding blocks, these sheets offer a balance of durability and abrasive performance for general sanding and finishing tasks. The pack provides consistent abrasive coverage across each sheet to help achieve uniform surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces, and other common materials.

Advantages

These sanding sheets are supplied in a convenient 10-piece pack and are cut to a compact 133 mm x 80 mm format for easy handling. The abrasive surface is engineered to provide steady material removal while maintaining a usable life across multiple applications. Sheets lie flat for even sanding and are suitable for both manual and machine-assisted sanding when used with matching holders or adapters.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation of wooden panels and furniture
• Removing paint, lacquer or varnish from small areas
• Smoothing filler, putty or joint compounds
• Light deburring and edge finishing on metal and plastics
• General DIY and maintenance sanding tasks

Key specifications

• Quantity per pack: 10 sheets
• Sheet dimensions: 133 mm (width) × 80 mm (depth)
• Abrasion type: coated abrasive (paper-backed sheet)
• Compatibility: suitable for small handheld sanders, sanding blocks and manual sanding
• Intended materials: wood, painted surfaces, fillers, light metal and plastic finishing

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade of sanding sheet for the task and attach the sheet securely to a compatible sanding pad, block, or machine according to the holder’s instructions. Use even pressure and regular, overlapping strokes to achieve a uniform finish. Replace the sheet once clogging or wear reduces effectiveness. When sanding painted surfaces or materials that may produce hazardous dust, follow safety guidance and use dust extraction where available.

Recommendations

For best results, match the abrasive grit to the work: start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Keep replacement sheets dry and stored flat to preserve adhesion and flatness.
