Schuurpapier-set Bosch 2608902409 Ø125 mm, 50 stuks

Bosch sanding disc set 2608902409 includes 50 abrasive discs with a 125 mm diameter designed for use with compatible random orbital and detail sanders. The discs are intended for sanding, smoothing and preparing surfaces such as wood, painted layers and similar materials. The set offers a uniform abrasive grade across pieces to maintain predictable results during DIY, renovation and professional sanding tasks.

Advantages

The discs provide consistent abrasive performance, allowing even material removal and surface finish across multiple workpieces. Their 125 mm size fits a wide range of handheld orbital sanders, and the pack of 50 reduces interruptions for disc changes on larger jobs. Manufactured to Bosch quality standards, the set is suitable for repeated use on common carpentry and finishing operations.

• Light material removal on MDF, plywood and similar substrates
• General DIY and renovation projects
• Professional finishing and preparation tasks

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in set: 50 pieces
• Compatibility: for random orbital and detail sanders with 125 mm abrasive pad
• Intended materials: wood, painted surfaces, medium-density fibreboard and similar
• Application: sanding, smoothing, surface preparation

How to use

Select the appropriate grit and attach the disc to a compatible 125 mm orbital or detail sander following the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Start with a coarser grit for heavy material removal and progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Use steady, even passes and avoid applying excessive pressure to prevent gouging or premature wear of the abrasive. Replace discs as needed to maintain performance and check that the backing pad and disc are correctly aligned before operation.

Recommendations

Wear suitable personal protective equipment such as eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. Work in a well-ventilated area and remove dust regularly to maintain a clear work surface. For best results, match the disc grit to the task and test on a scrap piece before finishing the main workpiece.
