SHIVERPEAKS BASIC-S Keystone Jack RJ45 Cat.6 UTP koppeling, wit BS08-10006

Network technicians and installers often need a reliable way to extend or join Ethernet cables inside patch panels, wall outlets, or surface-mount boxes. The SHIVERPEAKS BASIC-S Keystone Jack RJ45 Cat.6 UTP Coupler (BS08-10006) provides a straightforward, tool-free solution for connecting two RJ45 plugs in a standard keystone port. This unshielded coupler supports Category 6 performance, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed data applications. Its compact white housing blends into most environments, and the gold-plated contacts ensure stable signal transmission over time.

Why choose it

This keystone coupler eliminates the need for crimping or punch-down tools when you need to join two patch cables. It snaps securely into any standard keystone opening, giving you a clean, professional finish. The gold-plated contacts maintain low contact resistance, reducing the risk of intermittent connections. Because it is unshielded, it is ideal for typical office or residential networks where electromagnetic interference is minimal. The white colour matches most wall plates and panels, keeping installations discreet.

Ideal use cases

• Extending an existing Ethernet run without re-crimping connectors
• Creating a through-connection in a wall outlet or patch panel
• Joining two pre-terminated patch cables in a structured cabling system
• Temporary or permanent network links in offices, homes, and server rooms
• Quick repairs or reconfigurations in network cabinets

Good to know

The coupler is compatible with all standard RJ45 plugs, including shielded and unshielded types, but it does not provide grounding continuity for shielded cables. For best performance, use Cat.6 or higher patch cables. The ABS housing is flame-retardant and designed for long-term stability. No tool is required for installation—simply insert the coupler into the keystone slot and connect your cables. Each unit is individually packaged for retail or bulk distribution.
