SHIVERPEAKS BASIC-S SAT coaxkabel 100m, 1,1/5,0, 4-voudig afgeschermd, CCS, 75 Ohm, wit BS81800-STAKU

With a shielding effectiveness exceeding 110 dB, this 100-metre SAT coaxial cable from SHIVERPEAKS keeps signal loss and interference at bay, delivering clean digital TV reception even over long cable runs. The 1.1/5.0 mm construction with copper-clad steel inner conductor and four layers of shielding ensures reliable performance for satellite, terrestrial, and cable TV installations.

Overview

The SHIVERPEAKS BASIC-S SAT Coaxial Cable is a professional-grade 75-ohm cable designed for digital TV signal distribution. It features a 1.1 mm copper-clad steel (CCS) inner conductor, surrounded by a 5.0 mm foamed polyethylene dielectric, and protected by a quad-layer shield consisting of two aluminum foils and two aluminum braids. The white PVC jacket has an outer diameter of approximately 6.9 mm, making it durable yet flexible for installation. Supplied on a convenient 100-metre plastic spool, this cable is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use in residential or commercial settings.

What stands out

• Exceptional shielding: 4-fold shielding (2x aluminum foil + 2x aluminum braid) provides >110 dB screening, virtually eliminating electromagnetic interference.
• Low attenuation: approx. 18 dB per 100 m at 860 MHz and 30 dB per 100 m at 2150 MHz, ensuring strong signal strength across the full frequency range.
• Wide frequency range: 5–2400 MHz supports DVB-S/S2, DVB-T/T2, and DVB-C, making it future-proof for modern digital TV standards.
• High return loss: >20 dB minimises signal reflections, maintaining signal integrity over long distances.
• Durable construction: CCS inner conductor offers good tensile strength while keeping cost efficient; foamed PE dielectric provides stable impedance.
• Convenient packaging: 100 m on a plastic spool allows easy unrolling and cutting to custom lengths.
