SHIVERPEAKS BS30-39085 Actieve optische USB-C-kabel, USB-A naar USB-C, 3.2 Gen 2, 10 Gbps, 15 m, zwart

This 15-meter active optical cable bridges USB-A hosts and USB-C devices with a full 10 Gbps SuperSpeed link, carrying data over fibre while copper wires deliver up to 4.5 W of power. The integrated chipset converts and amplifies signals, so long runs stay stable without repeaters or external power.

Advantages

Optical fibre data cores eliminate electromagnetic interference and signal loss over distance, making this cable ideal for production floors, server rooms, and AV racks. The directional design ensures correct host-to-device orientation, and the rugged ABS/PVC housing protects the connectors during frequent plugging. Backward compatibility with USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 means it works with older peripherals, while the 10 Gbps throughput handles large file transfers, video capture, and external NVMe storage without bottlenecks.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C docking stations or monitors to USB-A workstations over long distances
• High-speed data transfer to external SSDs and RAID enclosures in studio or lab environments
• Linking industrial cameras, sensors, or test equipment to control PCs across a room
• Extending USB 3.2 Gen 2 signals in conference rooms, digital signage, or KVM setups
• Any application where a standard copper cable cannot maintain 10 Gbps beyond 3 meters
