Netwerkkabel rood S/CONN 08-41024 1m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 08-41024 is a 1 m Cat8.1 networking patch cable with F/FTP (PIMF) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for high-speed data transmission, the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and supports demanding wired connections where low latency and stable throughput are required.

Advantages

The F/FTP shielding (foil overall with individually foil‑shielded pairs) provides strong protection against external interference and crosstalk. Cat8.1 specification ensures support for very high frequencies and bandwidths suitable for modern 10 Gbit/s and higher network links over short distances. A robust jacket and factory-terminated RJ-45 plugs give reliable mechanical and electrical connection for frequent use.

Suitable for

• Server racks and data center equipment over short patch runs
• High-speed home or office networks for gaming and 4K/8K streaming
• Professional workstations requiring low-latency wired connections

Key specifications

• Brand: ShiverPeaks
• Model/MPN: 08-41024
• EAN: 4017538101662
• Length: 1 m
• Category: Cat8.1

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch, patch panel or device and the other connector into the destination port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight kinks to maintain signal integrity. For installations in racks or conduit, allow for service loop and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this 1 m Cat8.1 F/FTP patch cable for short, high-performance connections such as patch panels to switches or switch-to-server links. For longer runs, select appropriately rated cable lengths and verify compatibility with your network equipment and transceivers.
