SHIVERPEAKS SAT coaxkabel 1,0/4,6, viervoudig afgeschermd, CCS, >110 dB, 100 m BS15-40001006

Satellite and cable TV installations demand a coaxial cable that preserves signal integrity over long distances. The SHIVERPEAKS BS15-40001006 answers that need with a 100-meter reel of 75-ohm, quad-shielded coaxial cable engineered for minimal interference and robust performance. Its copper-clad steel inner conductor and foamed polyethylene dielectric provide the mechanical strength and low attenuation required for reliable DVB-T, satellite, and cable TV distribution in residential or commercial settings.

Who is it for

This cable is ideal for professional installers, system integrators, and ambitious DIY enthusiasts who need a dependable, bulk-length coaxial cable for satellite dishes, antenna systems, or CATV networks. It suits projects where signal loss must be kept to a minimum, such as long cable runs from rooftop antennas to distribution points, or installations in areas with high electromagnetic interference.

Main features

• Quad-shielded construction with four layers of shielding for exceptional protection against interference
• Screening attenuation greater than 110 dB, ensuring clean signal transmission even in noisy environments
• Copper-clad steel inner conductor (1.0 mm diameter) combines conductivity with tensile strength
• Foamed polyethylene dielectric (4.6 mm diameter) maintains stable impedance and low attenuation
• Durable PVC outer jacket with an approximate outer diameter of 7.0 mm for easy handling and protection
• Supplied on a convenient 100-meter reel, ready for custom cable lengths

Tips

For best results, use appropriate F-type compression connectors and ensure proper weatherproofing for outdoor connections. Avoid sharp bends that could damage the shielding; maintain a minimum bend radius of about 10 times the cable diameter. When running cable through walls or conduits, leave a small service loop at each end to facilitate future maintenance.
