USB-kabel S/CONN 13-23005 USB 2.0 0,25 m USB A naar USB B zwart

The ShiverPeaks USB cable S/CONN 13-23005 is a compact 0.25 m connection cable with USB A to USB B terminations designed for USB 2.0 interfaces. It delivers a maximum data transfer rate of 0.48 Gbit/s and presents a black finish that fits professional and home environments. The cable is intended for short, direct connections between compatible host devices and peripherals where space or cable management requires a short length.

Advantages

This USB A to USB B cable supports the USB 2.0 specification to provide stable data transfer at up to 0.48 Gbit/s. Its short 0.25 m length reduces clutter and signal degradation over very short runs, making it suitable for close-proximity device connections. The black jacket provides a neutral appearance that integrates easily into existing setups. The terminated connectors are standard form factors for wide peripheral compatibility.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers, scanners or external drives with USB B ports to a computer or hub with a USB A port
• Short-distance data connections on desks, workstations, or equipment racks
• Situations where a compact cable is needed to avoid cable tangling or excessive slack

Key specifications

• Connector types: USB A (male) to USB B (male)
• USB version: USB 2.0, up to 0.48 Gbit/s data rate

How to use

Connect the USB A plug to the host device such as a computer or USB hub and insert the USB B plug into the peripheral device such as a printer, scanner or external drive. Ensure connectors are oriented correctly and fully seated to establish a reliable connection. The cable requires no driver installation; the connected devices will negotiate speed according to the USB 2.0 protocol and device capabilities.

Recommendations

For best results use this short USB 2.0 cable for devices located close to the host to minimize excess cable and improve desk organisation. Avoid bending the cable sharply at the connector ends and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain stable data transfer.
