SilverStone CP10 kabel 0,5 m SATA 6-pins slimline stekker

The SilverStone CP10 is a 0.5 m slimline power cable that converts a slim-SATA 6-pin connection to a desktop SATA power interface. Designed for slim optical drives and other slimline SATA devices, the cable has a male slimline connector and a standard peripheral 4-pin power convertor, with a black sleeved finish and metallic layer for EMI protection.

Advantages

The CP10's lateral 90° angled connector reduces installation space and prevents interference with adjacent components. Its black sleeved cable and metallic shielding provide durable protection and improved electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance. The included convertor allows connection of the slim-SATA power plug to a standard 4-pin peripheral power source, enabling use with typical desktop PSUs.

Suitable for

• Connecting slimline optical drives to desktop power supplies
• Powering slim-SATA 6-pin devices in compact PC builds
• Retrofits where space around drive bays is limited

Key specifications

• Brand: SILVERSTONE
• Model / MPN: SST-CP10

How to use

Plug the male slimline 6-pin connector into the slim-SATA power socket on the optical drive or slimline device. Connect the included convertor to a standard 4-pin peripheral (Molex) power cable from the power supply. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed so the 90° angled connector does not strain the port. Power on the system and verify the drive receives power.

Recommendations

Use the CP10 in builds where rear clearance is limited and avoid excessive bending near the connectors. Ensure the PSU peripheral connector provides adequate power for the attached slimline device and inspect connections periodically for secure seating.
