SilverStone Technology SST-CS240 zwart Mini-ITX NAS-behuizing met 4 hot-swap-bays

The SilverStone SST-CS240 redefines compact network storage by packing four hot-swappable 3.5-inch drive bays into a Mini-ITX chassis that fits neatly into home or small office environments. Unlike typical tower NAS boxes, it pairs a steel body with a sleek plastic front panel, offering both durability and a clean look. This enclosure is built for users who want a dedicated, always-on storage server without sacrificing desk space or quiet operation.

Highlights

• Four hot-swappable 3.5-inch drive bays for effortless drive replacement and RAID flexibility
• Dual 2.5-inch fixed bays for SSDs or laptop drives, ideal for caching or OS installation
• Supports Mini-ITX motherboards and SFX power supplies, keeping the footprint minimal
• Effective cooling with one rear 120mm fan and two side 80mm fan mounts, plus dust filters
• Front I/O includes two USB 3.0 ports and audio jacks for easy peripheral connection

In daily use

Set up your own NAS or media server with confidence: the SST-CS240 accommodates a low-profile expansion card up to 180mm long and a CPU cooler up to 65mm tall, giving you enough headroom for efficient builds. The hot-swap bays make drive maintenance a breeze—no need to open the case when a disk fails. Thanks to its black finish and understated design, it blends into any office shelf or living room media center. The included dust filters help keep internals clean, prolonging component life even in dusty environments.
