Slang Fischer 85097 voor 26 inch (66,00 cm) wielen, ETRTO-standaard

The Fischer inner tube model for 26" (66.00 cm) wheels is produced to ETRTO standards to ensure correct fit and reliable air retention for standard 26" bicycle tires. This inner tube is intended as a direct replacement for punctured tubes or as a spare for road, city and recreational cycling. It is compatible with common valve types used in 26" wheels, but valve compatibility should be checked before purchase to match your rim and pump.

Advantages

The inner tube delivers airtight performance consistent with ETRTO dimensional and material specifications, offering predictable inflation and pressure maintenance. Its construction supports straightforward installation and repair with standard patch kits or pin-type patches. The tube's compatibility with typical 26" rims makes it a versatile option for a range of bicycles without requiring rim or tire modifications.

Suitable for

• Replacing punctured inner tubes on 26" (66.00 cm) bicycles
• Keeping as a spare for commuting and city cycling
• Use during recreational and leisure rides
• Basic repairs using standard patch kits

Key specifications

• Wheel diameter compatibility: 26" (66.00 cm) ETRTO standard
• Material: standard rubber compound suitable for bicycle inner tubes
• Intended valve types: compatible with common 26" valve standards (verify specific valve type before purchase)
• Intended use: road, city and recreational cycling

How to use

Remove the wheel from the bicycle, deflate and partially unseat the tire bead to access the damaged inner tube. Carefully pull out the old tube, inspect the inside of the tire and rim for sharp objects or damage, and fit the new Fischer inner tube into the tire with the valve aligned to the rim hole. Partially inflate the tube to ensure it sits evenly, then reseat the tire bead fully and inflate to the recommended pressure shown on the tire sidewall. After installation, check that the valve is straight and that the tire is seated correctly before riding.

Recommendations

Before installation, confirm the valve type and recommended inflation pressure for your rim and tire. Use a compatible pump and avoid overinflation beyond the tire's maximum pressure. Inspect the tire and rim tape for embedded debris and sharp edges to reduce the risk of repeat punctures. Carry a spare tube and basic repair kit for longer rides.
