Slowjuicer (masticating) GASTROBACK Vita Fresh 40146, 240 W, 60 RPM

GASTROBACK Vita Fresh 40146 is a masticating slow juicer with a 240 W motor and a rotation speed of 60 RPM. The device is designed for cold pressing of fruits, vegetables and leafy greens to extract juice with reduced oxidation and minimal heat buildup. The unit suits daily household use to prepare fresh juices, smoothies and plant-based milks. It features a compact design, straightforward assembly and parts intended for easy cleaning, and operates at low noise levels to fit into a regular kitchen environment.

Advantages

The slow masticating mechanism at 60 RPM gently compresses ingredients, helping to retain vitamins, enzymes and natural flavors while increasing juice yield compared with high-speed centrifugal juicers. The 240 W motor provides consistent torque for processing harder produce such as carrots and beets without frequent jamming. Quiet operation and simple disassembly for cleaning make the appliance practical for everyday use. The design supports preparation of a variety of liquid foods including green juices, fruit blends and nut milks.

Suitable for

• Making cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices
• Extracting juice from leafy greens and wheatgrass
• Preparing smoothies and blended juice blends
• Producing homemade nut milks and plant-based drinks
• Daily household juicing and small-batch extraction

Key specifications

• Motor power: 240 W
• Rotation speed: 60 RPM (masticating slow juicing)
• Operation type: cold press / masticating extraction
• Material: food-contact plastics and metal components (removable parts for cleaning)
• Noise level: low / quiet operation suitable for home kitchens
• Suitable inputs: fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts for milk
• Assembly: tool-free, removable parts for cleaning

How to use

Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting them into pieces that fit the feeding chute. Assemble the juicer according to the user manual, ensuring all removable parts are securely locked. Feed produce slowly into the chute while the machine is running to allow the auger to compress and extract juice efficiently. Collect juice in the provided container and separate pulp as needed. Turn the juicer off and unplug before disassembling parts for cleaning. Rinse removable components immediately after use to prevent residue hardening and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for deeper cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, alternate between soft and harder ingredients when juicing to maintain steady feeding and avoid blockages. Use leafy greens and sprouts in small batches or wrapped with firmer produce to improve extraction. Strain nut milks if a smoother texture is desired. Clean removable parts promptly after each use and inspect seals and filters regularly to maintain long-term performance.
