Staafmixer Gastroback Design Power Hand Blender Set 5-in-1

The GASTROBACK® Design Power Hand Blender Set 5-in-1 is a multifunctional immersion blender with a 1200 W motor and a quick-change system for using different stainless steel attachments. The set includes a titanium-coated blender attachment (21 cm), an emulsifying attachment (21 cm), a whisk, a milk frother, a 500 ml multi-chopper bowl and a 700 ml mixing cup. Power is continuously adjustable across 20 speed levels (about 900–14000 rpm) with an additional turbo function up to 15000 rpm. The stainless steel and black finish suits modern kitchens and the 1 m cord gives flexible reach.

Advantages

The titanium-coated blender attachment improves cutting performance and durability for pureeing sauces, soups, baby food, shakes and smoothies. Stainless steel attachments resist corrosion and are suitable for frequent use. The 500 ml multi-chopper is useful for finely grating or chopping ingredients, while the 700 ml mixing cup provides a convenient container for blending and mixing. A 20-step speed control plus turbo allows precise texture control from gentle stirring to high-speed puréeing.

How to use

Attach the desired tool using the quick-change system before switching the appliance on. Use the blender attachment or emulsifier at medium to high speeds for purees and dressings; start at a low speed and increase as needed. Use the whisk attachment for whipping creams and light liquids and the milk frother for frothing milk. Place ingredients in the multi-chopper bowl for chopping or grating and use short pulses to control texture. After use, switch off and unplug the unit before removing attachments; clean attachments according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, cut ingredients into smaller pieces before blending, avoid overfilling the chopper and use gradual speed increases when processing hot liquids. Follow safety and cleaning instructions in the user manual to maintain performance and extend the life of titanium-coated and stainless steel parts.
